We welcome you whole-heartedly to our passion project, a food blog dedicated to vegan and gluten-free desserts. We specifically chose our blog’s focus to help promote not only the collective welfare, i.e., that of society and the natural environment, but also our own. We are both on personal health journeys, i.e., premature arthritis and rosacea. Mitigating these illnesses’ effects requires an anti-inflammatory diet; hence, vegan and gluten-free food choices are critical.

We have been plant-based for a while; however, we are absolute novices when it comes to gluten-free living. We still have a ton of delectable recipes that we want to replicate and innovate. Specifically, with this blog, we want to act as supportive friends to you by providing you with easy and delicious plant-based recipes, as well as tips and tricks for best results. We invite you to join us on this belle and wild ride. If anything, it will be a feel-good experience.
